The SAREL team, often in partnership with external collaborators, produces interactive atlases which can be accessed via the Internet. The production of these atlases is based on several technologies, such as the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) standard or D3 Javascript library, that permit the deployment of functionalities for interactive and dynamic mapping. The team also develops web atlases by using several web-mapping solutions such as Google Maps API, OpenLayers, the ArcGIS Server with ArcGIS API for Javascript and Google Maps API.
